Rental Terms

1. License and Age Requirements

To rent a vehicle, the renter must present at least 1 credit card registered in their name and a valid driver's license.

2. Rental Period and Delays

• Minimum rental period is 24 hours.
• First 1 hour of delay is offered as an option and no charge is applied.
• For delays exceeding 1 hour, 1/3 of the daily rate applies.
• For delays exceeding 3 hours, a full day rate applies.

3. Payment and Deposit

• A deposit (pre-authorization) is applied at the start of rental, varying by vehicle group.
• Payments are collected by credit card at the start of rental. Cash payment is not accepted.
• Deposit is refunded within 3-10 business days depending on the bank, if the vehicle is returned without damage.
• In case of accident, traffic fine or insufficient fuel, relevant amounts are deducted from the deposit.

4. Mileage

• Daily rentals have a standard usage limit of 500 km.
• Monthly rentals have a total mileage limit of 4,000 km.
• In case of mileage excess, a per-km charge determined by vehicle class applies.

5. Insurance and Coverage

• All our vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance.
• In case of an accident, a police/gendarmerie report and alcohol report must be obtained for insurance to be valid.
• An "Additional Driver" registration must be made for anyone other than the renter to drive. Accidents by unregistered drivers are not covered.
• Tire, Glass, Headlight (TGH) coverage can be obtained at the start of rental for an additional fee.

6. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles are returned at the same fuel level as delivered (Full-Full principle).
• Vehicles returned with insufficient fuel are subject to current fuel cost plus a service fee.
• No cash refund is made for vehicles returned with more fuel than received.
